Look on any life coaching website and you’ll find a myriad of different ideas on the coaching structure.

Here’s how we see it:

Long-term results are best achieved over a period of time with a number of sessions; long-term changes require time, fine tuning and practice until they become your new default.

Regular sessions provide deadlines necessary for action & accountability and progress gains momentum as the new skills and learning are cemented. For progress and momentum, best results can be seen with weekly or fortnightly sessions. This depends on time availability and the speed of progress the client wants.

Having said that, a single clarity session or a brief psession-life-coachingeriod of regular, focused sessions can also provide the great results you’re after.

Sessions can be by phone/Skype or in person and requires the client to be present to the session, so away from the day to day distractions and interruptions. At the very least, I recommend a “Do Not Disturb” sign (this can be real or imagined) and all technology distractions turned off. I’ve held face to face sessions in coffee shops, in parks, walking, sitting on the beach, at the client’s home or office.

At every session, you will have the opportunity to:

•       Clarify goals

•       Create strategies

•       Discuss, suggest, brainstorm & reflect

•       Take actions designed by you & at your pace (with the accountability and conversations that will keep you going until you reach your end result.

Coaching packages are available. Whether you need a one-off clarity session or something more there is a package that will suit what you need. Email support is also available.
