Saying “Yes” and “Here I am”

Hello my friends!   I’ve been a bit quiet the last couple of weeks so I thought I’d share what I’ve been up to this week.

I took part in the inaugural annual Go Nude for One Day (thanks Deb Field). The invitation was to eat only REAL food for just one day.   We decided to go for juice only for the day.   It was interesting to watch the day play out without the usual food distractions.   I missed my coffee big time!   Was the one day detox the cause of my headache or was it the pressure of having to do something I’ve been putting off for way too long?   I made the day.   I got the long-avoided job done.   And the headache went when I was totally involved in a presentation I’d been looking forward to (thanks Authentic Education).   Funny that!

Elsewhere in life – The teleclasses I’m attending are helping me build my practice (find me at Endless Opportunities Life Coaching www.endlessopportunities.com.au), I am questioning all that I offer and all that I want to offer and I’m seeing that I am further ahead than I think I am.   Coaching opportunities are everywhere and I am saying “yes” and “here I am.”  My past is catching up with me (in good ways!) by showing me the very wide range of experiences and skills I have to offer to the world, to my clients and to my life.   My part-time role is finally settling into a fun and enjoyable place to practice those other skills that I still need to hone – speaking up to be heard, saying no, being a team player, time management and prioritising; it’s a great place to remember that sometimes it’s not all about me.

Enjoy your weekend everyone!
